Quad City Mobile IT takes pride and excellence in their work in providing you with a service you can count on. A way of doing that is ensuring you have peace of mind knowing the work is guaranteed. If you experience any issue with the labor that was performed, we will take care of it with no additional cost to you. This warranty only covers the labor performed; any external factors, accidental damage, misuse are not covered.
Travel Fee
$30 Travel Charge to be paid in advance. Completed Service will have the Travel Charge deducted from the total.
90 Day Parts Warranty
Quad City Mobile IT ensures they only use top quality products, which is why we can provide warranty on the products we use. This warranty only covers the parts used during the repairs, followed by 90 days (about 3 months) from the date of repair. We will replace the product with no additional cost to you. This warranty doesn’t cover problems from any external factors, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.

The duration to repair your PC also depends on the issue. My goal is to get your computer back to you as quickly as possible. Some issues can take longer; I understand the impact not having your devices available can have.
Can I repair my own computer
Absolutely, there are many online tools available and tutorials to walk you through how to fix your computer yourself. Of course, I will always recommend contacting a professional who has experience in this area. Fixing your electronics on your own, you always run the risk of making the issue worse.

I service the majority of Northern Arizona, which includes Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Paulden, Ash Fork, Wiliamson, and Dewey.
I do offer services to areas outside those listed; however, there will be additional charges for travel. Depending on the issue, remote service can be provided.
